Not quite. Slydial is an app that allows you to send one live voice mail to one U.S. cell phone number at a time. Slybroadcast allows you to prerecord a message, upload a spreadsheet of phone numbers and send it out, directly to voice mail. Both slydial and slybroadcast use our patented direct to voice mail technology.

Slybroadcast works to U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers and select landline phones. In order to be compatible, a landline must include a voice mailbox provided by their phone service provider. Slybroadcast does not connect to PBX. When sending to these types of phone systems, users may experience a short ring.
Since determining compatibility is difficult, we give you the option to remove landline phone numbers from your campaign. You can do this by selecting to Send to Mobile #s ONLY when sending a campaign or by using the Verify Carrier option, found in the Manage List section, to sort and manually remove landline numbers.
Phone List Questions
Your phone list must be saved in a .TXT or .CSV format using Excel or the like, in order to be uploaded. In the last step of your campaign, you will select a list previously uploaded in the Manage Lists section or you can manually upload your file by clicking browse.
No, we do not require a minimum. You can send and schedule a campaign to one phone number at a time. The maximum number of phone numbers that can be included in one campaign is 10,000.
No, we do not sell or provide phone number lists. Customers are responsible for obtaining and providing their own lists. Please view the updated FCC Guidelines here in order to ensure compliance.
We offer both a Monthly messaging plan and a Pay as you Go messaging plan. Please visit the Pricing section for more information. One successful delivery to one phone number counts as one message. Monthly messaging plan messages expire 30 days after the initial date of purchase and do not roll over to the next month. All messages can be used in increments of your choice and do not have to be used all at once.
Please note: Charges will appear from 'MobileSphere' on your credit/debit card statements. Monthly plans are automatically renewed and charged to the credit card on file every 31 days until notification of cancellation.
After logging in to your account, click on Account Information. You can update your billing address and any other information associated with your account.
No. If we are unable to deliver your voice mail to a particular phone number, a message will not be deducted from your account. You are only charged when voice message is delivered.
If you signed up for the Pay as you Go plan, your messages do not expire. Monthly messages are good for 30 calendar days after your initial date of purchase and do not roll over to the next month.
No. Please do not schedule campaigns between the hours of 2:00am-5:00am Eastern Time. *All campaigns are sent out in Eastern Time.
In order to upload a list of phone numbers to the slybroadcast user interface, all phone numbers must be located in the first column of your file. All files must be saved in a .TXT or .CSV format using Microsoft Excel or the like.
We do not have a limit as to how many phone numbers you can send in one campaign. However, if you plan to send over 100,000 messages per day, please contact us for a special set up. *All campaigns are sent out in Eastern Time.
To cancel a campaign scheduled for a future delivery date and time, click the Scheduled. To delete the campaign, click the icon.
To check if your campaign is still running, click the Reports tab and locate your campaign. All campaigns with are still in progress and can be cancelled by clicking this icon. Phone numbers that are in the process of being sent will still be delivered. Any phone numbers that we have not attempted will be cancelled.
Audio File Questions
You can upload WAV and MP3 files. If you have a different file type, you can convert it here. Files must be under 10 MB.
We recommend using our slybroadcast Recording Center to create audio files directly from your registered phone. Simply dial the slybroadcast access number, follow the prompts and save your message. Your new audio file will appear with your previously uploaded messages. Click and select Manage Audio Files to edit or delete recordings.
To delete an audio file or change the name of an existing file, click and select Manage Audio Files. Click the to delete your file.
If you wish to cancel your slybroadcast account, you can do so by sending an email to our slybroadcast Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying us of the effective cancellation date and the reason you wish to cancel.
